The only theat to Norris would be Oscar's left hand. That's not enough. Other than that, he beats Oscar up at 154. It's not like Norris couldn't beat big puncher's as he displayed against Vincent Pettway and Simon Brown. Norris was a better,more proven,and complete fighter at that weight than Oscar and that's what it comes down to.
