Orlin Norris at least won against Jesse Fergusson (whom also outpointed James Douglas and Obed Sullivan) and outpointed McCall and Tucker and was actually robbed of the decision against Tucker in thier first fight.

The point is that Norris was a cruiserweight and never beat a viable heavyweight contender in the 90's, yet you're claiming he would have been the shortest heavyweight champion had he fought certain fighters.
