    The other divisions - no.

Every one of those fighters mentioned is greater than Pacquiao.
ok so you mentioned 4 for pac. how many for the fighters listed above?

Ross - 3 (undisputed lightweight, light welterweight and welterweight champion)
Duran - 2 (undisputed lightweight champion and lineal welterweight champion)
Whitaker - 2 (undisputed light champion and lineal welterweight champion)
Walker - 2 (undisputed welterweight and middleweight champion)

But the thing is, everyone knows that the undisputed championship claim is number one. And neither Pacquiao or any of those four champions he won the titles from were undisputed champions.

Ross, Duran, Whitaker and Walker, on the other hand, were, and they all had much better championship reigns than Pacquiao.

There is zero proof Pac has ever juiced, and assumptions don't make facts. Pac is great and probably closest to Whitaker, but I wouldn't put him above any of those named.

funny there was just a thread in NSB about those socalled undisputed/lineal/ring/alphabet championship belts and i swear most floyd fans that posted there say lineal is the best coz you beat the man who beat the man, etc...

you may be undisputed if you got most of the belts but w/o the lineal, it still doesnt hold up to it. these quotes came from them.

He may lose a head to head matchup to Whitaker, but Pacquiao has risen further and won more. His legacy is better in my eyes.
