Can you boxing historians name some good match ups that could have happened but didn't happen?

Would you rate Mayweather-Pacquiao high on that list if it never happens, or if it happens but they're tool old and past prime?

I would have liked to see Jones whoop the overrated Dariusz Michellkjhwh.

Hopkins-Toney should have happened. It would have been a travesty if Jones-Toney never happened but people let Toney-Hopkins slide for some reason.
