Is this Calzaghe story true and what happend???

I read on wiki that Calzaghe as a amateur was put in hospital for 4 days with injuries he was given in a early years amateur fight against a man called Shehreyar Khan Yousafzai. It says they fought twice who won? What happen and is this true. Does anyone know the story please???

Doubtful. Wikipedia doesn't cite a source, nowhere else carries the claim and it's the sort of thing I'd imagine would've been heard about before now.
