In a 12 round fight I'll say Holmes wins 65% of the time in a similar fashion to the Buster Douglas fight. I could see Tyson winning 35% of the time by either rocking Holmes early and cleaning him up or outworking him and winning enough early rounds that Holmes couldn't win enough late rounds to make up the difference.
