I'll say Marquez, because of the combination of skills and division climbing.

Marquez. Doesn't have quite the same power, but has awesome skill and climbed divisions very well. Beat Barrera and Casamayor and some say beat Pacquiao twice. Could be argued as better than Barrera and Morales, no mean feat.

I was going to say Pryor, he's basically thought of as the best 140 lbder and won all his big fights.

Marquez was supremely skilled, the only real reason he's not the top dog is because of Pacquiao, who just happens to be better than him. I know he lost to Mayweather but it was an unfair matchup, had he stayed at 130 or 135 he'd be legendary. The man improved after his fights with Pacquiao for fear of what he calls robbery.

Pryor the guy is the greatest lighwelter of all time, never lost in his prime and would of stopped marquez had they met at lightweight or lightwelter
