It's actually pretty safe to say the man never KOed a world class fighter ever. He got those 15 KOs early in his career because they were trash to C level fighters. Even Willie Pep KOed world class fighters here and there...after the plane crash too.

So are you denying that Nicolino Locche is a ATG ?, out of his 117 wins only 14 were ko's.

Checked out what fights of his I could find on youtube and he looks great, his resume is pretty good too.

From what I've seen he's one of the better Mexican boxers imo, yes he's an atg.
