Does anybody know the boxers name....he was around in the 70's, I'm pretty sure he was a lightweight,I was told he was on his way to being a champion, but went to jail for beating his girlfriend, then went back to jail for ****..I think....anybody know his name?????q

You aren't thinking of Tony Ayala Jr., are you? He was a jr middleweight out of Texas in the early 80's with a similar story, if you hadn't heard it before.
