WALKER'S TEN MOST NOTABLE RESULTS -

    Paulino Uzcudun
    Johnny Risko
    Kingfish Levinksy
Jack Sharkey (draw - with arguably the era's best HW)

    RANKED HEAVYWEIGHTS

    Tiger Flowers
    Mike McTigue
    Dave Shade
    Lew Tendler
Jack Britton (#2 on my all-time WW list, one of the divisions greatest champs)
    Maxie Rosenbloom (a great LHW)

Now let's look at Tommy's best results

    Roberto Duran
    Virgil Hill
Luigi Michello (Hearns called this his hardest fight)
    Pipino Cuevas
    Wilfred Benitez
    Juan Roldan
    Sugar Ray Leonard (draw)
    Doug DeWitt
    Dennis Andries
    Dan Ward

The difference is huge and marked. It gets worse when you extend the number to 20. I don't think you can defend the statement that Hearns beat better men.

Lets look at hearns best 5 wins vs walkers best wins

      Duran
      Cuevas
      Hill
      Benitez
sugar ray draw(which every one knows was a win) vs Walkers best wins
      Rosenbloom
      Jack Britton
      Lew Tendler
      Kingfish Levinksy
      Mike McTigue

Hearns 5 best wins are better than walkers! 5 best wins! i do not include the tiger flowers fight as a win for mickey every one knows walker lost that fight including him self! only the fixed judges robbed flowers. And are u forgeting hearns was a 5 weight world champion, walker was a 2 weight but should of only been a one! weight champion he got a gift in the flowrs fight for the middleweight title. Walker does not have nothink that stands up to tommy heartns knockout win over duran if you want to talk about notable wins that knockout of duran ****s on anythink on walkers resume!:

Uzcudun and Risko were better than King Levinsky....Levinsky was only a B Heavyweight of his day.

I think it's also important to note how short Walker was. Hearns didn't become fat at higher weights, he had the frame to pull it off. Walker didn't. He had to rely on skills alone.

Levinsky beat Ramage, Lomski, Jack Shark, Uzcudan, Loughran and Slattery, if you want to count him. It's a decent haul. If you want to rank him below the men you mentioned, I wouldn't have a problem with that because a lot of the top guys beat him, but still.

I agree with you that Walker had nothing like the frame for HW.

I think it is also important to note that you know about as much about boxing as kelly pavlik knows about hair shampoo and the latest hair gel

I obviously take into consider when he beat those guys. Sharkey is the best name there (weight division considered) and he was past it.

                      This was necessary.

Resorting to insults in a polite debate is an admission of defeat.
