Who was the most composed fighter?

I've just suggested Eusebio Pedroza on another thread..
I'm looking for cool dudes, who stuck to their game plan no matter what, and remained totally focused when they were tagged..

Joe Louis and Juan Manuel Marquez are also very good examples..

            Sonny Liston!

I have always been impressed with how cool and calm Liston looked... both under pressure, and when he went in for the kill. When he had an opponent going, you never saw him rush in over-eager, missing punches all over the place.

Just look at the 2nd Williams bout (my favourite Liston fight!)... after flooring the Big Cat he didn't go wild, but calmly maneuvered him into a corner, where he cut him down in impressive fashion, making every punch count.

Marquez, Floyd, Monzon, Hopkins, Toney...but I think that Marquez's first fight with Pacquiao was the best example of discipline in the ring that I've ever seen. He was winning the first round until Pacquiao started dropping the bombs on him. He saw what happened when he tried to trade, so he went to his bread and butter. And stuck with it. And it worked incredibly well.
