I was lucky to only live 40 minutes from Foxwoods casino and about 5 hours from Atlantic city so I've gotten to see quite a few good fights as well as some other decent fights in Providence. Thats all done now that I live in NC. No place around to see a decent card now.

Yes, growing up in NYC I have been lucky to see cards throughout the tri-state area. Mohegan Sun holds cards at least once a month. Sadly, MSG, the Mecca, only holds a few cards a year. From the 1950's to the 1980's, MSG held a card at least once a month.

My cousin lives in Jersey city and got ringside seats for Toney-Ruiz at MSG and I missed the damn train to get down there. I've always wanted to see a fight there and at the Blue Horizon in Philly. Hopefully I get the chance one day.
