Wosrt Boxing Books You Have Read?

I'm not a big fan of Sugar but he is an entertaining writer.
As for his accuracy I would say Sugar is a good introduction for people wanting to learn about the history of our great sport but I'd advise them to take it with a pinch of salt and move on to other writers.

i'm sure he knows more about boxing than i do. i wouldn't ever say he doesn't know what he's talking about, i just think his stories get old.

He has been around for a long time and had a lot of opportunities to get great views of a lot of fights. As for alot of the assumptions he makes, they are not for me.

I find that whereas I would have liked to have posted something pithy and memorable for my 1000th or 2000th to mark the occassion it is the usual dementia ridden rambling nonsense
