Who's the greatest lightweight of all-time?

    For me, it's Benny Leonard.

Joe Gans, Armstrong and Duran are other very good candidates for greatest LW.
I'm leaning in favor to Gans just because he's my favourite LW out of the 3 :P.

"El Cholo" Roberto Duran with Benny Leonard a close second and Pernell Whitaker a solid third.

Although Duran is one of my all time favourites I just can't look past Benny Leonard. His record is so deep; he beat, what, 7 Hall of Famers? He just has the better lightweight wins IMO.

I went with Duran but I admit his accomplishments at otherweights influenced me. That just adds to what a great lightweight he was.
