That is a far cry from the Leonard who was videoed beating Lew Tendler. His beautiful footwork was almost non existent for the McLarnin fight.

Even McLarnin said he beat a fat old man, the fact that Leonard was even competetive in his comeback speaks volumes for him.

Am I the only one slightly annoyed by the commentary and dubbed sound? I'm not 100% sure but I think it's Jim Jacobs voice and this could very well be a film from Jacobs and Caytons collection.

Another great example of an ill-advised comeback. I can't believe Benny Leonard thought he could actually stand a chance against Jimmy McLarnin. It would have been a difficult enough fight for him in his prime. McLarnin is arguably a top 20-30 ATG but not due to beating an old Benny Leonard. He has wins over 10 other hall of famers on his resume.

It's not Jim Jacobs but you're right that it's likely from the Jacobs/Clayton Big Fights collection. The punch sounds can get very annoying.
