He's one of the mystery men of boxing. No one seems to know much about him although he holds some outstanding wins.

Morrow was obviously noted as a big puncher and for a while was one of the top ranking contenders to Freddie Mills's light heavyweight title. I believe being number 2 ranked was his highest ranking but he could have been number 1. He suffered a brutal knockout loss at the hands of Archie Moore in their rematch after which he didn't fight again for a year and six months. One could say that he was never the same after the loss.
