        P4P I don't think so.

P4P Naseem Hamed always impressed me. He was packing dynamite in his 5'3 120lb body.

As far as Joe Louis, I don't know. He was a heavyweight who didn't hit as hard as Foreman, so how can be be p4p?

Hamed was a fraud KOing tomato cans. He fought ONE quality opponent and not only did he no KO him he lost, was exposed as a fraud, and retired.

He may be the best KO artist P4P but not the hardest puncher.

On an all-time P4P basis, no.

On an all-time heavyweight basis, no.
