Who Is The Greatest Cuban Fighter Of All Time?

I've seen most of the film on Kid Chocolate, Jose Napoles, Kid Gavilan. I think of Kid Chocolate as an amazing talent that went somewhat unfulfilled. At 23 he was finished as a world class fighter while Napoles and Gavilan were just getting started. He beat great fighters but lost to them too.
The only weakness that one can point out in Jose Napoles is his skin. He cut easily but otherwise was a complete boxer who combined together offense and defense very smoothly. From 1963 to 1975 he continued to perform at a high level, only losing on cuts and to the much bigger Monzon.
Kid Gavilan has a claim to being the most robbed fighter ever. He couldn't buy a decision no matter what until he became the champ and even then he was robbed off the title and continued to be robbed over and over during the late part of his career.
Luis Manuel Rodriguez arguably deserved all 4 decisions over Griffith and beat a high level of opposition both at welterweight and middleweight.
