What do you mean exactly? Small for their division or just the smaller divisions?
If you mean the lighter division, just go through the usual P4P lists and you'll find plenty of them. Pep, Duran, B. Leonard, Wilde, Jofre, blah blah blah.
If you mean the other one, then you could choose from any number of fighters. Langford has to be pretty high on that list though.
