I think this comes down to how you evaluate all time P4P. I rate fighters relative to the weight class they are competing in, regardless of how big they naturally are. So if a natural heavyweight is able to dominate his weight class (both in who he beat and how he beat them) to level that is greater than others in other weight classes, then yeah he'd be in my at p4p top 5.
