He has good wins there; Marquez 2, Morales 2 but not enough work there to be considered. Pacquaio didn’t stay at weight classes long.

Neither did Mayweather but I think he had like 8 defences or something like that of his Jr Lighweight title and essentially cleaned out the division before moving up to Lightweight.

I know Floyd could punch at least pretty hard because he KO'd more than one person outside his wife with a single body shot. A weak or average puncher is not wont to KO with body shots even on just decent opponents.

Since Manny was a growing boy, he didn't stay at 130 long enough to be rated higher for IBRO sniffies though he beats most of the ones rated higher than him. The few that would give Manny a good fight would include Sanchez.
