I have several or Adam's books. All of them are very good and worth the dough.
I have told Adam that his model of dumping every quote from everyone and every paper before the big fights gets repetitive and frankly boring. He inists on compiling all evidence so as to appear unbiased. So be warned.Bronson66 likes this.

Adam Pollack is a lib eral lawyer and one who has spoken out to the pubic that Johnson was railroaded while mostly ignoring his dark side and character flaws which was written by an excellent author G. Ward in the book Unforgivable Blackness.
Not a bad guy by any means, he is well researched. He is also a fanboy of Johnson and uses small sample quotes as the anti massage and uses all of the favorable quotes to help his agenda.
He is a credit to boxing as no one really has the time these days to focus on boxing's past history in terms of writing books. The irony is that the sport he loves bought him some family tragedy. I won't speak more on that point.
I'll give a recommendation to his books as no one living has done the work on past heavyweight champions to his level of detail, but will also caution those who want the straight dope non-fiction style of writing.
