Thats a really good mix of fighters for this type of thing, and I agree a lot with what you predict.

Hopkins has got to be the favorite, and 8-1 or 7-2 seems about right. He wasn't dominant enough to whitewash this group- Toney or McCallum would be the ones I could see getting the win, or SRL if he can carry the wait up.

Speaking of SRL, Leonard was the best fighter of the bunch, but not as a MW. He is 2-1-1 at MW, with his two wins coming against big names, but at the ends of their career. Just hard to get a read on him as a MW. Winky Wright is similar in this regards, though most of his prime was at 154, so we get at least a better view at what he could do at MW.

I think Sergio and Winky are pulling up the rear as you have them. G-Man, Nunn, and SRL slightly ahead, but to me all three are wild cards With Leonard being the best fighter, just below his best weight and being a MW at the end of his career, G-Man with that pop and Nunn being awkward.

GGG & Eubank are the next ones up, I think both finish with winning records. Toney and McCallum are the next tier up, but I can see either getting upset. BHop, as I said before finishes at the top.

I think Hopkins beats Toney kinda easily. Toney would get frustrated real bad and lose his composure after taking some headbutts on the inside.

Winky to me is a big problem I think he beats everyone but Hopkins and McCallum and maybe Nunn whose a tough match stylistically + height

I think Leonard and Martinez struggle bad just cause of their size

So for fighters like Winky and SRL, are we taking them as their actual MW selves for this (the end of career versions) or are we taking their prime lighter weight versions and just letting them add weight to move on in? I assumed we were taking the end of their career versions who were actual MW, thats why I say Winky struggles (well that and I am very biased against Winky Wright). Ditto with SRL- though without the bias.

I think Nunn vs Winky would be a snooze-fest.

          - - Poppy nowhere near as quick and tutored as Roy was when he embarrassed Poppy.

Toney was a monster at that weight and would pummel Poopy who'd be crying to the ref before he quit.

I'd say Golovkin, but the Canelo that whooped Golovkin wins the tourney relatively easy...simples...

Their prime version at the weight so for Winky that would be vs Taylor or Ike. For Leonard that would be Hearns 2 or Hagler.

I agree Nunn vs Winky would be 1 of the least exciting fights in the tourney. I think Winky does much better in the tournament than Nunn but h2h Nunn wins

BHop embarrasses Toney just as bad but does it in a totally different way than Roy did.

                - - Poppy thee Sissyboy gonna be crying and flying out of the ring are crawling around bawling trying to get Toney DQed or get the fight NDed as he did steadily in his career as comically seen in his last fight vs Joe Smith

Wouldn't sign against an ultimate Bully like Toney anyway.

OK, U luv SissyBoys, but they got other forums for that kinda luv.
