Before he got old Mercer had the chin to absorb the smash, he could be staggered but I don't think he would go down.

Mercer on points in a brutal contest.

Before the Tyson fights ruined him, I'm going with Razor. \

Folks forget how good he was.

It'd be a war though. He'd probably have to get off the ground.

Canada's golden Island child! Fact: Canada has a large thriving island population who were originally told (Not making this up) "you cannot immigrate here, it is too cold!.

Seriously he was an incredible talent. He was unfortunate to have an accident that ruined his ability to do all the things he did so well in the ring. I do not remember what happened, but apparently it made him limited... Real shame.

I never knew he had been injured or in an accident, I just thought he became obsessed with the smash after executing Dokes.

What a shame, he had real courage.

I read it on two sources... Because I also was dubious. It kind of make sense considering watching the change in his fighting approach.

              - - He fought well vs the Tyson 2.0 version, yet still got beat up

Lewis sued Tyson to keep him from getting into shape with a Mercer bout. Mercer at heart was a two bit thug which he showed in his Holmes fight where he spent more time taunting Tubby Lar including near choking him out with one arm before throwing him stumbling into his corner still choking.

I'll take Razor who, yeah, was done with his prime after 2 beatem ups vs Tyson.

Razor did fight well, agreed. He hung in there both times and almost overwhelmed Mike.

I don't know about the rest of the post lol, but definitely agree Ruddock gave Tyson fits.
