      Incorrect.

fighters all over the world travel to Mexico to become great boxers. Many world champions from the US to this day. Teofimo Lopez and Subriel Matias come to
      mind though Matias lost.

They go to the US for the exposure and money.

I've got nothing but respect for Mexican boxers and the great trainers there. But I could name dozens of fighter from other countries who came to the US to train rather than Mexico. Yes, the money and exposure are here, but that doesn't mean they have to train here. They chose to. Maybe it's a combination of the fine trainers, money and exposure. I don't know. I just know the numbers pale in comparison. Again, that no slight on Mexico.

Puerto Rico is a US territory full of American rights including a ********ically elected government modeled on the US system.

            To wit:

There are 3.4 million residents living on the island of Puerto Rico, according to the 2020 Census. Those residents of Puerto Rico are not permitted to vote in presidential elections, though they're U.S. citizens and can participate in the ********** and ********ic presidential primaries.

Puerto Ricans can vote in federal elections if they live in one of the 50 states or Washington, D.C., and are registered to vote.
