I am not sure where I am supposed to be inconsistent.I gave a bunch of categories I thought Ali could legitimately be considered for. I believe Ali probably makes an all time Top 10 list in any of these categories for all divisions, but will not be number one in some of those.

I didn't understand why some categories were limited to HW and others not.

Just wasn't sure which way to think about it.

So I guess your saying that in some categories you want to evaluate Ali against all, others only agsinst HWs. I didn't realize it was deliberate. Sorry. Got it now.
