Rocky above Foreman and Holmes doesn't click for me personally.

What are your criteria? Do you have a consistent set of variables you are evaluating on or do you just kind of cherry pick names you feel are great?

As an aside, it seems as if you downgrade pre WWII fighters relative to where others tend to have them (Louis 11 Dempsey 18) yet rank Charles 7th. What took place in the 1940s that you feel allowed boxing to advance so much that you give Charles that high of a heavyweight ranking? At least relative to where most others put him.

Is it a "best" list... or a "greatest" list?

If it's a best list, Marciano is way to high - and if a greatest list, Louis is obviously way too low (just to mention a couple of strange things).

If it's who beats who, this list is way off as even a chisora can beat like half of these guys.

If it's greatness/ accomplishments, It needs some changes, Lennox lewis is top 3, louis and wlad are too low.

Tyson Fury could beat all 20 of them in the same month, and would donate the money from each purse to charity. Disrespecting the King not even putting him on the list. And where is Rocky Balboa? I'm assuming you are holding his many early losses against him, but peak Balboa was a forced to be reckoned with, and his resume (Clubber Lang, Apollo Creed, Ivan Drago, Hulk Hogan, etc, matches up with the best of them.
