- - Dunno what fight U was watchin', but Trout a runner/stinker coming off his surprise upset of Cotto vowed to use his Man Strength on 22 yr old Canelo who not only was outboxing him easily in the round by round open scoring for that fight, but knocked him down mid rounds to send him fleeing for his life.

When Trout recovered, Canelo drew him in by backing to the ropes in "fatigue" and proceeded to duck and slip the 3 dozen punches Trout threw, embarrassing. Trout could never recover from that.

That fight landed him on the scales turning blue at dehydrated 152 lbs with a 165lb dehydrated catchweight in the ring 10 lb less than his usual fight weight vs l'l floydy who used Bayless to ride the frustrated Canelo back the first 6 rounds so l'l floydy could rack up rounds where Canelo takes a Majority Decision loss.

That's a premium back to back stretch for Kid Canelo who the last couple of years is just now starting to fight a few boxers near his age..

Canelo landed much better punches and outboxed him. Also, he had slick defense. But, he should have let his hands more. He missed his chance in a potential 12-0 win. I scored 9-3 for Canelo with 117-110 scorecard due to KD.

Austin Trout deserves a mention. He was undefeated and had just beaten Miguel Cotto pretty thoroughly. Canelo dropped him, that win stands out for me because I was at the Alamodome to see it live.

Man he was on fire that Cotto fight. He boxed beautiful. Even still gave both Charlo's fits past his prime

I want to say Lara but was that even a fight??? All I saw was after a few mean ass hits to Lara's ribs which u could clearly hear and see then between rounds the cut man doing nothing else but treating the body while u could see Lara in great pain!!!
