    - - Manny in a perfect storm of time and place to fight, beat, and knock out more Ring P4Pers in history, and nobody even close such that 2nd place might as well be 5th or 6th place.

How the new moderns 50 years from now assuming boxing ain't been banned for being a scam see Manny in his time will be telling. #1 in his generation the best he can do for now.

He didn't fight long in his natural division, which would have been lightweight.

          - - A single, epic lightweight fight in a 72 fight career that saw him jump 2 divisions to replace the crumbling, breaking into sissyboy tears l'l floydy for a $20 mil payday vs Oscar.

No, just simple as, I can easily rattle off 10 names I would go to bat for before Manny and another 10 after that.

Never seen stoppage wins held up as a criteria for P4P greatness before . Willie Pep and Miguel Canto didnt ko many opponents

Pacman lost two fights .as a flyweight one was to a nondescript fighter the other, against Sangsurat, was to a guy whose resume is 74-6-10 a guy who won the WBC super fly title.
                  Manny's other losses;
Morales 26 years old, avenged twice.
Bradley when he was 33 years old.
                  Marquez 33 years old
                  Mayweather 34 years old
                  Horn 38years old
                  Ugas 42 years old
                  Manny has wins over
                  Margarito
                  Mosley
                  Cotto
                  DeLaHoya
                  Vargas
                  Hatton
                  Alghieri
                  Marquez
                  Morales
                  Barrera
                  Julio
                  Solis
                  Diaz
                  Clottey
                  Bradley
                  Velasquez
He fought from flyweight to Super Welter and most of his name wins were over men nearer their natural weight class than he was .
Who are these average fighters? The two when he was a flyweight,at 17 and 20 years old?
Horn who beat him when he was38 and Ugas when he was 42.
Harry Greb whom pretty much everybody agrees is an all time great P4P ,scored 5 stoppages in his last 32 fights
Archie Moore another lock for P4P lost to
                  Rinaldi 21-5-0
                  Bacon14-3-2
                  Gibson41-4-1
                  Hall 41-10-2
                  Morrow12-2-1 Morrow ko'd him.
Were any of those more than ordinary fighters?
