"Without Mike Tyson, Holyfield wouldn't be talked about" - Tyson Fury

Look at the more professional comp in later eras like Juan Carlos Gomez.
Vander inherited the unified division of Tyson, the first 4 belt holder if we include Ring Title. Buster through DKing able to skip the Tyson rematch for Vander while Mike was being groomed for 4 years in the Big House. Vander never unified though he spent the latter part of his life thinking that's what he was gonna do.Comment

When Evander is brought up they mention Holyfield-Bowe and missing ear parts more than when Mike got KTFO.Comment

I agree with Dukson Fury, which is sad but I have to say it how it is but there's an important point here...casuals would not discuss Holyfield but hardcore fans, with or without Tyson would know how important Holyfield was and how good of a heavyweight he was.Comment

That's the truth Uncle Ben, but these old-timers on here looking through nostalgic eyes don't want to hear the truth. Fury at his best vs Holyfield at his best would be a very one-sided win for Fury. I'd say there are at least 10 HW's today better Than prime Holyfield. Evan just benefitted from being in a weak era. I mean, people rave about Bowe, yet he is the same man who got battered In both fights vs some Polish journeyman who nobody remembers the name of, surviving two defeats due to the Polish journeyman ******ly getting himself DQ'd. Nash out.Comment

I'm still waiting for his list of 'at least' ten fighters today who would KO Holyfield.
I resent you casually tossing around 'half-wit' insults; I worked hard to earn that moniker and you just gave it away to that halfwit.
For some reason I can't help envisioning this guy, on his bad days, talking to buildings.

"Halfwit," expresses scorn so much better for me. My grandmother could really harp, and often referred to anyone as a halfwit.Comment
