Do you know if that 1/2 represents a draw? Is that a British/Irish thing or and old time news thing?

Again enjoyed the read thanks for taking the time to share.
      I was wondering that myself.

                - - Maddening gradient example of boxing oversight too ****** to be of any use in the rest of society.

Wouldn't want these guys as your accountant, doctor, or lawyer, that's for sure. Somewhere some genii came up with 1/4 points. Today we do nanogram level drug testing meaning if you were to inhale a contaminated gnat birthed in a contaminated water basin whileon your training run, you'd come up positive on the drug test...

                    Boxrec on that fight .
Hill floored twice. A riot ensues after the decision is annouced with casualties resulting from it.

Oh I love it when they throw chairs. It's boxing's number one tradition.

Notice the refree doesn't wipe off the downed fighters gloves before waving them together, nor does he bother to look the fighter in the eye to see if he is OK.

Notice that the audience is all male and everyone is well dressed.

A non-interfering referee, men in suits, and flying chairs. Now that's what boxing was and should be.

I always tried to wear a sport coat when I went to the fights, always ended up next to some guy in shorts and flip-flops (Miami). I wanted to say 'go home and get dressed ******.' But you know it's a boxing crowd, probably get punched in the mouth.
