Really a matter of how you do your ATG list really do you do it on who beats who or the fighters resume and impact etc.

I do it on how they would stack up against other ATGs. I think more technically sound fighters such as Lennox Lewis and Larry Holmes would've had a field day on Foreman. Frazier would challenge them more than Foreman could. Foreman thrived against fighters who had to be going forward to fight, because he could just overpower them. Fighters that had decent pop and could fight going backwards would own Foreman.
