frazier lost I think two times against foreman, BUT frazier showed a better performences against ali then againnst foreman, i would gladly see the second fight of foreman vs. ali, hmmm frazier got "just" 37 pro fights in his carrer and foreman 81 pro fights, i mean we can also discuss about the skills itself, it is really hard who would go on the atg list, personally in my opinion frazier but just because i love his style of boxing, in a global point of view was foreman more successfully then then frazier

He'd get outpointed rather easily by Holmes and probably stopped by Lewis. Unless he caught him flush with a huge right or left.

Frazier is higher on my list. Yes he lost to Foreman but it was just a bad matchup for him

Frazier would challenge them more than Foreman could. Foreman thrived against fighters who had to be going forward to fight, because he could just overpower them. Fighters that had decent pop and could fight going backwards would own Foreman.
Sorry i cannot agree here... Foreman would IMO `Massacre`Lewis & Holmes, never in their career`s did they ever face a fighter of the caliber of George Foreman, i cannot see Lewis or Holmes last more than 3 or 4rds with Foreman and the same applies if they was to have fought Joe Frazier, they just never ever faced opponents who matched up to Foreman or Frazier ever in their entire careers so to claim they would have a field day is not correct, in fact its an injustice to Foreman and Fraziers boxing skills, Foreman had an incredible jab and was without doubt one of the greatest pressure fighter EVER, Lewis & Holmes never had the footspeed to keep Foreman off them for 12-15rds and at some stage they would be cornered and `Smashed to the ground`Foreman had a `Brutal uppercut`and could hit to the body as hard as any man in boxing history, his destruction of Chuvalo, Frazier & Norton was sheer carnage.. Lewis could not beat Frank Bruno at jabbing so would have zero chance against Foreman, Holmes could not beat Witherspoon, Carl Williams, Mike Spinks or Bonecrusher at jabbing so would be `smashed`by Foreman... Joe Frazier was a totally different animal who `enjoyed`applying the pressure and would cut the ring down and Brutalize both Lewis & Holmes, Frazier in his prime was incredible... Yet the vast majority of young boxing fans think the `Fat Frazier who was Blind in one eye`That lost to Foreman is the guy who fans have in their ATG list when in-fact they are 100% Wrong.. Frazier was an incredible fighting machine from 67-72 and in that period was a match for any fighter in history.

I thought we were talking about the past prime Foreman. Prime Foreman would wipe the floor with Lewis and knock out Holmes.

Nah. Foreman always struggled against ppl who could fight going backwards. Young beat em, even knocked him down. Ali knocked him out. Holmes could pop his fantastic jab in there all night, and easily outpoint Foreman imo...

He could and then he could also get caught with that big punch of Foreman's. Foreman's defence did suck, but he could still punch like a mutha.

Ali would also knock out Lewis & Holmes, Jimmy Young was similar to Chris Byrd and Byrd thrived on fighting pressure fighters which is why he completely `shut-out` Holyfield & Tua.. Jimmy Young also beat Ron Lyle, yet he never `knocked down`Foreman, it was ruled as a knock down when Foremans glove touched the canvas but his ass was never on the canvas.. IMO i would fancy Jimmy Young to beat Lewis & Holmes... Joe Frazier would have broken Jimmy Young `in half`

Only Young had some power and Byrd none.
