Liston hit harder than rocky no question. He'd have walked through the smaller men rocky fought. Rocky was a huge hitter for his size for sure and he was devastating against lower opposition but more wore people down in particular in his later fights, ****ell a good example, he hit him with everything often and he didn't get sparked out. Liston had more power imo and he would have sparked ****ell and moore rather than wore them down with an accumulation of punches.

Rocky was more of a one punch artist when he was younger though. Often think he may have got less damaged in fights and had a longer career if he still adopted that one punch offensive.

I have to side with Cfang on this one.
