What? Monzon had a cast iron chin, but yet is going to knocked out by feather fisted Benard Hopkins? Don't talk ****. Monzon would get a UD victory over Hopkins!

Thats ridiculous! Monzon was a pretty big middleweight, unlike most of Hopkins victims. He was 5'11. Hopkins could never knock him out and would get mercilessly clubbed down himself! B-Hop said himself that he isn't a big puncher. And Monzon had a world class chin.

what weighs more a ton of bricks or a ton of feathers,if you answered they both weigh the same you are right, hopkins is a fighter that has the talent to beat the fighters from the old days but monzon does not have the talent to beat most of the good fighters of today

Yes he does. Monzon is the best Middlweight of all time. Hagler, Robinson, Greb, Hopkins all great fighters, but they all have something in common they are lost there Middlweight Titles, Did Monzon?

              Lets compare the two:
Monzon-87 wins with 59 Kos and 3 defeats, all by points and early in his career
Hopkins-49 wins with 32 Kos and 5 defeats

A Bernard fan could dispute that. He had more title defenses than Monzon before he lost it...

Monzon retired undefeated as champion. Hopkins didn't. Hasta la vista!

Does him retiring undefeated with 7 less title defenses make him greater than Nard? Bernard beat the best during his reign @ 160. You might say he beat pumped up welterweights, but he beat everyone in his weight class. He was undisputed middleweight champion of the world. Monzon didn't fight Hagler even though he was ranked number 1 back then, nor did he fight Corro.
