I guarantee that you won't try your facts against mine. I guarantee you back down like you always do to me. Aint that right

Do you deny that Johnson agreed to make the Langford bout at least 3 times, the McVey fight once, and the Jennette fight once? Let's see which one of us has the truth on their side. Don't back down now, or I'll have to admit that I've spanked you

As the poster before said, " Rest your knuckles, son." Johnson balked 3 times from a Langford fight, once from a McVey fight and once from a Jeannette fight, according you. Oh there's more.

Now I bet there are plenty of headlines out there where Johnson didn't test the offers. As champion Johnson and the promoters could have fought nearly anywhere that had boxing. Multiple countries. Simply stated he DUCKED these men for yers as Champion. They even say it. Which begs the question, why did he had so many embarrassing moments, and draws vs. those with journeyman records, and super middle weights as the heavyweight champion of the world? I've never heard you comment on that, rather you more concerned with failed purses that dried up to excuse him from the fight he should have had. Some of the offers were good ones.

When did that happen. Let's start at the top. What happened in 1910. Even according to Clay. Let me know and don't duck it.

Embarrassing moments? You mean like when he pummeled your idol? I know that's why you hate him. Made the dude admit he could NEVER have beaten him.

But again, let's get to the bottom of it. Starting in 1910. What happened to that offer according to Clay? Any answer or will you duck it?

Klon***e? Why do you try to go all the way back to when he first began fighting and then think this means something . It's pitiful. Like you making a big deal about him losing to Choynski. Just stop embarrassing yourself. He lost to Klon***e in his 4th fight. You are desperate

LMAO. There you go again. Choynski and Klon***e. I'm not even sure what you are trying to argue here. What I do know is Johnson sent Langford to the hospital, a fight after Langford beat Joe Jennette.

I get it. You're mad that your boy Jeffries admit that he could never have beat Johnson. You are welcome to cry about that to someone else. Your pitiful Johnson bs is boring now.

How about you talk about the disrespect you show young McVey whom Johnson beat. You know. The same one whom Jeffries wanted no part of

1 ) Johnson signed a contract to fight Langford. The money was there.Later on Johnson demanded more and backed out. End of. He's a ducker.

2 ) Choysnki KO'd Johnson in Johnson's 24th recorded fight. Jack was out cold by a light heavyweight. No excuses. He lost to Klondkie in his 14 recorded fight ( I Bet he had more than that ) not his 4th fight. Your box rec desperate ways are showing. LOL @ what you don't know.
3 ) Why didn't you quote Unforgivable Blackness. The author says Johnson quit like a dog. Wanna quote him this time

4 ) What does Jeffries have to do this this thread? Fact he offered Johnson a private fight, Johnson declined, knowing better. Few people felt Johnson could have beaten Jeffries in his prime. Heck, half the people, including many of the famous black prize fighters were picking Jeffries in 1910, 6 years removed from the ring, fat and with no warm up fights and Johnson having Jeffries old trainer in his corner during the fight. I have names. You have no NAMES. Who was this man on a train who says Jeffries admitted he would lost in his prime? Names please. You have none. Boxing is full of tall tales. You embrace the ones only you choose.

Jeffries might have accepted the match if there was a Reno like purse in 1904-1905 as Johnson's name is quoted in the press by him as a possible opponent. Are you aware of that?

When Hart beat Johnson in 1905 ( Another poor result for Johnson ) the winner was billed to meet Jeffries, Jeffries said he'd take the winner. The public didn't want to see a blow out like Jeffries vs. Monroe, so that fight never happened. Had Johnson won and a large purse have been there, most of the day think Jeffries would have whipped Johnson Indeed Hart, Griffin, Choyniski, and Klon***e, fighters notches below Jeffries already did it. Understand?

PS: Mcvey looks very limited on film. The fact that an 18 or 19 year older version of Sam McVey lasted all but 1 round in 3 fights vs Johnson, in some poor fights makes McVey stock rise, and Johnson's stock fell. When Johnson was matched vs Men his age close to his size, he lost. Sure sure, he's going to beat a prime Langford or Jeffries.

Facts: Langford was 20 year old and his says in his 140's for Johnson, and Jeffries lost a lot of weight. was 35 years old and out of the ring for six years in his lone professional loss vs Johnson. You must be impressed with Larry Holmes whipping Ali too right? Somehow I doubt you were.

Why are you still ducking? We already know that your bullshlt about the contract doesn't hold water. That's why you said Clay would come in and help you....which didn't happen.

So once again, from the top. What happened in 1910? Let me know and stop ducking. Then we'll go into the rest of your bs.

What did Clay say in his book about the 1910 incident?

PS. Don't you get tired of ducking me? What's wrong with you? Why can't you ever step up?

PS2. It was Klon***e who was referred to as a dog in "Unforgivable Blackness," when Johnson knocked him down and the ref took about 3 minutes to reach a count of 9, liar . While you're at it, quote the book properly on how "dangerously thin" Johnson looked because he couldn't afford to eat.

PS3. If I were you, I'd stop talking about young McVey. You know...because Jeffries ducked him right after Johnson beat him. You know this, right?

PS4. I'd also stop mentioning Hart, since we all know that was a robbery. Reports were that Johnson was unscathed and Hart looked like the wall of a slaughterhouse

PS 5. Chonynski himself described Johnson as a "raw novice."

Do you really want to keep up with embarrassing yourself with your obvious hate that just shows how butthurt you are about what Johnson did to Jeffries?

Now back to my question. Tell me what happened in 1910 according to Clay.

Who is this spector Clay and why doesn't he appear? I think you're both making the guy up.

And what's with this "we all know" stuff? We all know nothing, that's what we all know.

This isn't easy to do like calculus, this is history, it's really difficult to parse and there are no absolute out there.

All the bs. Dr. BS wrote above, and you choose to point out my "we all know" statement. Very well. We don't all know it was a robbery. What we do know is many thought it was a robbery. Some quotations:

                The Outomwa Courier - 12-23-1905
[Jack Curley, manager of Marvin Hart] knows that Jack Johnson pounded Marvin Hart to a jelly and that Hart got the decision only because it was all fixed and arranged beforehand to 'do' the negro. Whether you like negro fighters or do not, you have to admit that Jack Johnson, the victim of the worst sort of a highway robbery gag in that Frisco fight with Hart.

                The Sun - 3-30-1905
Hart did not prove himself a first class pugilist. The only thing he showed in the scrap was that he was capable of taking a lot of punishment. Johnson's defeat was as big of a surprise to Hart as it was to the negro.

At the end of the bout...his face was so puffed and bruised that one could hardly recognize him. On the other hand, Johnson was unmarked.

In the first ten rounds, Johnson easily demonstrated his superiority, and the betting which had opened at 2 to 1, dropped to 10 to 3 in favor of the colored man.
That betting line is pretty telling.

                Waterbury Evening ********- 3-30-1905
                Was Fight Fixed One?

That Tuesday night affair looks very much, from the returns, as though the game was fixed for Hart to win. A close perusal of the rounds will disclose the fact that Hart got a good pummeling and received almost two blows to Johnson's one. Hart was cut and bleeding all throughout the battle, while Johnson came out almost entirely unmarked.
                The Topeka State Journal 3-31-1905

Am I allowed to say that everyone knows Dr. BS is lying when he says Jeffries agreed to fight the winner. What he means is that he agreed to fight the winner only if it were Hart.

                The Sun - 3-30-1905

                  Resting knuckles?

Travesty is the one that needs to rest...from breaking poster's orbital bones with all the evidence he has dropped in this debate.

We all might know nothing but that's why the better arguments are the ones that are backed up by some kind of proof.
