Yup, and Mac Foster was a "super sized" heavyweight!

Marvin Hagler is incredibly overrated,He fought in a very weak era of middleweights. It was a time where bloated up lightweights could be regarded as such impressive wins.Come to think of it,What did Hearns ever achieve at 160?

Monzon was the better fighter,That's for sure.Better reseme,Beter attributes.Hagler wasn't half the fighter Monzon was

Hagler was a crybaby who spent his entire career calling out lighter fighters only to get one and get exposed and then to run off crying to a foreign country

Monzon had a rough time with a past it Emile Griffith I shudder to think what Hagler would have done to him.

since this has turned into a real discussion, i fail to see how hagler can get past monzons jab....remember a lil duran was able to keep hagler from fighting his usual furious pace....plus there chins are equal, so theres no way hagler can outbox or ko monzon....

Well actually the first time they fought Monzon stopped Griffith in 14. The second time they fought Monzon had alot of personal issue's going in his life and had to cut alot of weight, thus contributing to his medicore performance.

And you can't judge how this fight would go off one Monzon performance were he wasn't as his best. If that is the case we could say, a once Lightweight past prime Roberto Duran gave Hagler fits and took him to a close decision, only a year before Duran had been beaten by medicore Brit Kirkland Laing.

See how easy that is to do? You have to look at the two fighters at there best, and contrast how the fight would play out with there styles. Virtually all the ATG Fighters have had off night's and medicore performances.

You can't judge dream fight's off soley one fight.

Yes,I seem to recall Frazier ducking Foster before Foster actually fought Quarry. But great logic anyways you moron.Quarry actually had enough balls to fight him where's Joke Frazier didn't.Like Ali had enough balls to fight an old faded Zora Folley where's Joke Frazier didn't.Like Jimmy Ellis had enough balls to face Leotis Martin while Joke Frazier didn't

                  See a pattern emerging here?

Is it your continuous idiotic logic, is that the pattern?

Foster lost everytime he stepped up unless you want to count an old, shot Cleveland Williams or an old and shot Folley. Bonevena, Ellis and Quarry were much more worthy contenders at the time. Had Foster beaten Quarry he may have gotten his shot. But alas, he was knocked the **** out. Tsk, tsk, tsk for you and Mac Foster.

Foster never would have gotten his shot you moron,That's the entire ****ing point,He was supposed to get it in the first place but Frazier and his camp recognizing their champions flaw in his chin(or lack of)held off and Foster ended up being handed over to Fraziers own personal Gatekeeper in Jerry Quarry.Same thing happened to Ron Lyle and the same thing happened to Muhammad ali(Only Ali actually beat Quarry and still didn't get his shot)
