I checked several others including Jesse Willard, Bonecrusher Smith, Lance Whitaker, Alexis Arguello and Mark Breland. I couldn't find the reach of Breland's though, but it was telescopic. He was tall also at 6'2'' (188 cm).

Same as Mike McCallum's, who I'd say had the longer arms of the two while Cooper probably had wider shoulders. Despite his arm length, McCallum was extremely effective as a body puncher.

According to boxrec, Holmes had the same reach at Wladdy even though he's 9cm shorter than Wlad. +14cm differential.

Paul Williams is 6'1" (185cm) and has a reach of 82" (208cm).

It's also incredible to think Sonny Liston had a longer reach than both Wlad and Vitali. I think only Valuev and Carnera surpass him.

Liston:

So it's Liston by a landslide (so far) with Paul Williams in second.
