Guillermo Jones used to fight at Welterweight, although he didnt do much other than win some regional titles. the guy is 6'4.

Mark Breland was 6 foot something and won one of the belts at Welterweight. quite a good fighter.

Milton McCrory also won a belt at 147, he was 6 foot something.

Rodolfo Aguilar was almost 6 foot, and fought at 135 and below.

seems like theres a lot of guys from Panama that are incredibly tall but light weight for some reason.

Hilario Zapata was a very tall light flyweight. He used to dwarf his opponents.

Not sure what Johnny Owen you're talking about, but if its the one that died tragicly at the hands of Lupe Pintor, he's listed as 5'8". A good height for a bantam, but well below six foot.
