Jesus H. Christ son, I've seen some people blinded by fanboyism but you certainly take the cake. How can you argue that a prime Roy Jones could take Tyson? Most people agree that Jones' best years were at Middleweight-Super Middleweight...going by that assumption it's no contest. Tyson by decapitation. Jones wouldn't be able to avoid Tyson's bombs. Tyson is fast enough to catch up to Jones. Secondly, in his prime Tyson would relentless attack Jones' body then when the opportunity presents itself its a shot to the dome and Roy is down for the count.

Secondly, at light-heavy who did Jones beat that ever compared to Tyson in any shape or form? A 40 year old Mike McCallum? Virgil Hill? Montel Griffith? And you certainly can't make a case for Jones against Tyson based on the Ruiz fight.....combine that with the fact that Jones has nowhere near the firepower to take down Tyson and it nullifies your argument

38 year old Holmes that Tyson defeated is 10 times the heavyweight Jones defeated and would do a much better job than Ruiz ever thought about. And the Holyfield that defeated Tyson would have Roy for lunch.

look here Mr. hawkins, you bein 35 and been boxing for over 17 years is great an all but maybe it affected your brain, which i would'nt be suprise, unfortunanetly it's part of the contract we sign upon entering the ring, but if you read my posts i never said jones would win, i just said tyson would' NOT go in and just push jones around without paying any price, all jones has to do is keep from getting hit flush which he was pretty damn good at if you ask me, and tyson aint faced a heavywieght nearly as fast as jones if we want to put this fantasy match-up in the heavyweight division
jones would also have a better chin due to moving up, but ofcourse this does'nt register as any real deal in your 'matured' mind
