Langford is the Lion here. While there are many fine attributes that Qawi had, he never had to go against a prime fighter in 4oz gloves who could knock him dead smack cold. Qawi looked tough with his waterbug style against well past shelf life Saad and tough contenders of his day who were all taller and had to be worked in on. All that monkey motion is wasted against Mr. Sam.

I never discount any fighter as history has shown even the greatest can be caught unawares by the greatest performance of a much lesser fighter. However, best to best Qawi makes himself a nasty influence on the sunny disposition of Mr. Sam who finally picks a spot for Qawi to roll to.
