Hopkins career opposition/title defenses are pretty good fighters. Not elite level fighters, but they were good quality contenders. Hopkins prime was 97-03 by the way.

Agreed. He was a bit more of a threat than he is now at 40+ years of age but I can't see him stopping Eubank who had a great chin.
