I think it's about who they have beaten, otherwise Oscar would be one of the greatest, but he lost his biggest fights against his biggest names.

Leonard (Benny) is certainly up there and one guy who seems to get a lot of hate on this forum is Greb. It's quite possible that he has more HOF wins than any other fighter, apart from one or two. Greb and Leonard as well as Robinson.
