I figure this guy must have been the perfect test for a prospect. A decent record, fought good opponents and could actually fight. He may very well be the greatest test fighter ever! The lost of guys he fought is staggering to say the least. If he had beaten each of them he may very well be the best of all time.

        Marvin Hagler
        Thomas Hearns
        Sugar Ray Leonard
        Michael Nunn
        Virgil Hill
        Fred Hutchings
        Caveman Lee
        Angel Garcia

Not too bad a list of fighters. If ever I was a journeyman fighter I would want to say I fought the best and only the best.

C'mon folks, let's here the greatest losing opponents? Let's see of we can top that resume for being beaten!
Yaqui Lopez. Late 70's and early 80's perennial 175 pound contender. had four title shots and never won the title

        Lost to 175 pounders:
        Matthew Saad Muhammed twice
        Victor galindez twice
        John Conteh
        James Scott
        Michael Spinks
Also lost at cruiser to ST Gordon and Carlos Deleon
