I lean toward Tyson but not decisively. Frazier was a notoriously slow starter and, of course, Tyson was a fast starter. If Frazier can survive the first four rounds I see him winning the fight but that's a major "if" to overcome. I feel the odds slightly favor Tyson to stop him inside of four.
I go back and forth on this matchup as I tend to consider matchups involving very similar fighters (ie. short-armed pressure fighters like this one) where the talent is reasonably close to be toss-ups.
On a side note, Frazier actually wanted his opponents to throw the uppercut and would try and entice them into doing so. The reason is throwing an uppercut leaves a fighter wide-open to a counter hook.
