Unless I'm having a brain fart, the Brother Gibbons are an obvious answer to the best brother pairing, in my opinion, considering both are Hall of Fame members, and in their day both were considered among the very, very best fighters in the sport regardless of weight class (or pound-for-pound, if you will).

I thought about the Quarrys. I eliminated them because neither won a world title. To be fair, an argument can be made to eliminate the Baers and replace them with the Quarrys.
