And Marciano always got hit and seeing as he bled alot if he fought in tysons time it would be a TKO victory for tyson.
The only chance would be a late KO for marciano as for points it would be extremley close, a prime tyson could go the distance. But really i see a TKO victory for tyson.
That's how I see it as well. I've often said if Marciano had fought post-1970 he never would have been champion simply because he never would have been allowed to bleed all over the ring the way he did. That means he'd have his share of TKO losses do to cuts (see the Jerry Quarry story). The combination you refer to is Tyson's signature combo: Straight right to the body turned into a full-leverage uppercut to the chin. Absolutely devastating unless you had the chin to absorb it, which I believe Marciano possesed. But the TKO from cuts is a VERY real possibility with the way fights were conducted post-1970.

Besides carrying it into the later rounds, how does Marciano have more power?

Who knows. Marciano was 5'10" 185-190 lbs, Tyson was listed at 5"11 1/2, and at his best was right around 218 lbs. So the 33 or so pound weight difference may be a factor. Tyson's hands were faster, he didn't get cut in his prime once either. Ask a young guy who'd win, he's say Tyson, ask an old timer, he'd say a prime Joe Louis woulda killed 'em both. You could argue it all day long.

Its very obvious Al Sharpton wins by affirmative action within the first 15 seconds

if it happened to carry on into the later rounds, heavyset Al Sharpton would have trouble...Luckily we have the new, slimline Al Sharpton so he still wins...

Tyson dominates the first 5 rounds and stands a good chance of TKO'ing Marciano (by 80's rules)

If Marciano can weather Tyson until around round 6 I can see Tyson getting sluggish (he'd definitely be throwing alot of punches to try and put Marciano down early, thus making him tired sooner) and Marciano takes advantage of this.

Tyson TKO any round before 5
Marciano KO any round after 5

Marciano would fight as light heavy if he fought today, so this isn't really a fair matchup. If it did happen, I would bet my life on one thing, that Tyson wouldn't knock him out in the first round like a lot of clowns have predicted so far. Think about it (a stretch for some people, I know), he would put on a lot more muscle with today's training and diet if he had to fight Mike. It would likely get stopped on cuts after about 5 or 6 rounds by todays rules, but by the old rules, if Rocky makes it past 6 or so, he stands a pretty decent chance.
