If you can't name the source its harder to believe what your posts "orange sneakers'. However i don't believe that Hagler did not shadow box because there is footage of him shadow boxing in training. Also i do know that for the Thomas Hearns fight he was sparring his old opponents Bobby "Boogaloo" Watts and Willie Monroe who were old opponents of his but were tall guys with good right hands. He was getting up 4:30 am for his runs. I know this because it is in the RING Double issue of the 20th anniversary of Hagler-Hearns and in the magazine there is a interview with hagler in which he mentions this. Either way it is certain Marvin was a beast when it came to training.

It's not the first time i hear it, but with all of Juy's alts it is hard to remember if he already wrote it somewhere else.
