Can you inject someone with parkinson's?

I think it's common knowledge these days that boxers are at higher risk for brain issues including parkinson's. I think Ali was just a canary in the coalmine of us gaining that knowledge.

Years before Ali was diagnosed, fighters were called "punchy" when they showed signs of what we now call Parkinson's. You don't "give" someone Parkinson's, even if you are the government.

i think "punchy" is more of a generalization.

He wouldve been the biggest threat to the government with the beliefs he was pushing.

Ali only became a sweetheart to america when he could no longer speak.
So excepting punches from some of the biggest and baddest men on the planet had nothing to do with his condition later on in life? "No other boxer ended up like him"? Oh really.... Do a couple seconds of research and you will see what's what. How many boxers do you know personally to make such a statement. White man bad doe, lmao.............Rockin'

The only thing similar between Ali and Toney was that they both liked to lay on the ropes and they were both great fighters. In time, Toney will show similar signs (I believe) later on in life with how much sparring he always put in daily and the length of his career.

To be the greatest you must be willing to sacrifice, even your mind and physical abilities. I haven't seen James in years but did see him in many interviews and his speech was definately affected. I wonder how he is doing today. I hope that he is well, but I do have my doubts. And for good reason......Rockin'

From him sparring so much, not to mention his amount of pro fights and the length of his career. Fighting as a middle weight and then through time jumping up to Heavyweight. Those big guys punches can move you. But they never had the snap of smaller guys on them.......Rockin'

Being that Ali was against the Vietnam War, they may have wanted to make a point. So it's hard to say what could have been done to Muhammad Ali behind the scenes.

                      - -Ali was fine before and after his favorable Supreme Court decision.

Big George did him in as evidenced by his fights after. Pretty obvious he weren't all there vs Wepner for starters
