That's the only two incidents (scuffles, fights, etc.) that Gutteridge speaks about in his book, guys, as well as the only two incidents that I am aware of via any other source, so...
Unless you're looking for info on what books Tyson read in prison or some other boring **** of that nature, then I'm afraid I've given everything I can in regards to the theme of the thread.

Originally posted by Yogi View PostHere's one such incident published in Reg Gutteridge's bio on Tyson and can be found on pages 102 & 103;
"Tyson came out of jail in one piece, despite Don King's fears that he would get cut up by organized gangs. But it was touch and go. He managed to stay out of serious trouble until the Christmas before his release when he got drawn into an incident that could have blown his chances of an early parole. Through no fault of his own, he got involved with a notorious gang leader who objected to him giving away presents of food and cigarettes to inmates because it cut across his contraband business. We would have loved to have been flies on the wall as spectators of what happened next. It would have been worth top ringside seat money.
The gang boss, a mountain of a man, confronted Tyson, who knocked him flat out with one punch. It sparked a brawl between supporters of Tyson and the gang leader. Guards broke it up, and Tyson was cleared of any blame for the incident."
Gutteridge also speaks of an incident during Tyson's first few weeks in prison, when Tyson apparently threatened to "whup" a guard, only to see a group of eight guards take him down and hall him away to solitary confinement...
Will quote that story from Gutteridge if anybody's interested, but those were the basics.
Smarter'n the average boxing fan!
